Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched on the same day or within 2–3 working days after payment is received. We take care to package all orders properly to help ensure they arrive safely.

  • UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail.

  • International Orders: Shipped via the destination’s national postal service or, for some destinations, UPS. Additional delivery charges may apply for orders outside the UK.

Important Note: Any orders with products that are set for a future shiping date will be shipped together as one order. If you wish to receive some products earlier, you will need to order items seperately.

Delays in Shipping

On rare occasions, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or customs processing. If this happens, we are only able to escalate the issue with the courier and must wait for their response before issuing any refunds or resending items.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is misdirected, postage costs will not be refunded.

  • If you request a reshipment, additional postage costs will apply.

  • If you choose to cancel the order once it is returned to us, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

At Little Pilgrims, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Items with a shrink-wrap seal cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Duties, Taxes & International Orders

For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
Little Pilgrims is not responsible for disputes or charges related to customs or import fees.
